Jakarta, July 19, 2025 – At the Grand Mercure Kemayoran Jakarta, the 8.0 Award Trends Summit 2025 celebrated the achievements of Didiek Hendraleka, CEO and President Director of Kumis Group. Today, the group oversees five business entities with combined assets of approximately IDR 650 billion (USD 42 million), operating in construction, logistics, supply chain, and the trade of POME (Palm Oil Mill Effluent) and PAO (Palm Acid Oil).
The company’s operational backbone includes a network of mini-plants in Sumatra and Kalimantan, ensuring reliable and efficient commodity supply. In a key strategic partnership, Kumis Group holds a 40% stake and serves as lead operator in a consortium with Terrafusion Energy Pte. Ltd., which maintains 20% as a supervisory stakeholder. Together, they are preparing to develop HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) facilities, aligning with the global transition toward cleaner energy.
Diversification remains a cornerstone of Kumis Group’s business philosophy. In the property sector, the group launched the Nusa Persada View project in Bogor in 2017, a residential development inspired by Indonesia’s rich cultural heritage, supported by a working capital facility of IDR 160 billion.
