Bali – In a moment that reflected both prestige and purpose, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Saifur Rohman, Sp.JP(K), Ph.D. took the stage at The Trans Resort, Bali on June 14, 2025, to receive the Inspiring Professional & Leadership Award 2025 during the acclaimed 6.0 Award Trends Summit, hosted by Indonesia Award Magazine.
The award recognized Prof. Saifur’s distinguished contributions to the field of cardiovascular medicine in Indonesia, where his work has seamlessly blended clinical practice, research excellence, and community service. As Head of the Cardiovascular Study Center at Universitas Brawijaya, he has built a legacy rooted in science, empathy, and innovation.
Among his noted achievements is the development of a cutting-edge acute coronary symptoms detection application, and the creation of De-Teko, a functional health beverage combining green tea and decaffeinated coffee, aimed at improving the well-being of patients with metabolic syndrome.

This balance of high-level research and human-centered health solutions is what sets Prof. Saifur apart. His leadership is visionary, not just for the clinical advancements he spearheads, but for the ecosystems of care he creates—seen most clearly in initiatives such as Malang Cardiovascular Care, a community-focused rehabilitation and prevention program.
“Leadership in medicine,” said GP Rajasa Pranadewa, Chairman of the summit, “is no longer about status—it is about service, foresight, and the courage to innovate responsibly.” Prof. Saifur embodies all three, making him a defining figure in Indonesia’s next generation of healthcare pioneers.
For Prof. Saifur, this award is not the destination, but a milestone in a greater journey—to ensure heart health is not a privilege, but a right accessible to all. In the evolving narrative of global healthcare, his name now stands among those who lead not just with knowledge, but with impact.
