The development is being heralded not only for its record-breaking height but for the premium experience it promises across every square meter.
Guests will have access to a 360-degree observation deck on the 81st floor, delivering sweeping views of the city that may rival those from Burj Khalifa. The hotel will also feature what is anticipated to be the world’s highest infinity pool, located on the 76th floor—setting a new benchmark for urban leisure.
Nest Executive Lounge, positioned on the 16th floor, will cater exclusively to business travelers with a refined space overlooking the Marina skyline. Each guest room will include floor-to-ceiling windows, framing uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf, Palm Jumeirah, and the futuristic cityscape of Dubai.
